We can introduce you to a carefully selected panel of lenders, including manufacturer-linked lenders associated with the franchises we represent. Our process is to first introduce you to the manufacturer lender associated with the specific franchise of the vehicle you are purchasing, as they typically offer the most competitive finance packages—considering interest rates and any applicable contributions. If they are unable to provide you with finance, we will then ask you if you would like us to refer you to another lender on our panel who can offer you the next best available deal. Our goal is to secure the best finance package you’re eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders will pay us a commission for introducing you to them. This is usually a fixed amount and may be based on the vehicle model or the amount borrowed. Different lenders may pay different commissions. Manufacturer lenders may also provide us with preferential stock funding rates and financial support for marketing and training activities. However, these arrangements do not influence the amount you pay under your finance agreement, which is set by the lender. We will inform you the amount of any commission we will receive for your finance agreement, we will provide this information in good time before the agreement is executed.
